About AmyLynne:
Hi, I’m AmyLynne, and I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. As a trauma-informed therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, learn to manage your emotions, and eventually feel better. Whether you're struggling to navigate the aftermath of trauma, or trying to figure out how to manage your emotions each day, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and care.
AmyLynne has her doctorate degree in social work.

Approach to Therapy
My work is grounded in understanding how past experiences shape the present—and in helping you rewrite the story you tell yourself about who you are and what’s possible. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for clients seeking peace after traumatic experiences.
In our sessions, you can expect kindness, empathy, and respect. Together, we can build a collaborative path toward healing that honors your unique story and capacity for change. You don’t have to go through it alone. If you're ready to take the first step or just want to learn more, I welcome you to reach out.
